At the Dento Reiki Kyokai, our Reiki Koryu-kai (Reiki Share) is a warm, inclusive gathering open to practitioners of all lineages and styles. Whether you practice a traditional Japanese form or a modern Western approach, you’re invited to join us in an open, supportive and ego free space dedicated to practical Reiki practice, community connection, and mutual learning.
All levels of experience are welcome.
These sessions offer an opportunity to both give and receive a Reiki treatment session, deepen your understanding through real experience, and share insights with others who value sincerity, respect, and the spirit of Reiki Ryoho.
Brief Introductions
This type of event is just as much about building community as it is about practicing Reiki. Let's get to know each other.
Reiki Koryu-kai are scheduled monthly for two (2) hours of practice time. These meetings usually have a very casual atmosphere and passive (not overly loud) conversation is common.

Since its beginnings, Reiki gatherings usually started with reciting the Gokai..
Table work
Treatment is the 'gyo' of Reiki Ryoho. Join us to give and receive Reiki treatment sessions.
Participation fee
There is a $10 participation fee to attend our Reiki Koryu-kai.

If you plan to attend a Reiki Koryu-kai, we ask as a courtesy that you let us know. This helps us prepare the space for the proper number of participants. You can use the online payment feature to pay in advance (which will notify us) or you can email us to let us know you're coming and pay the participation fee in person.

Much in the same way as Usui Sensei, we believe that the practice of Reiki Ryoho is for everyone equally. We do not care about your race, gender, religion or orientations, you are welcome to practice and learn with us.
